How To Change Background Color In Solidworks Drawing
Solidworks Default Drawing Sheet Color Code - For anyone who [accidentally] changed it and wants to modify it back. I did a while back and couldn't find the colour lawmaking anywhere for the default sheet so here it is.

There's as well a System Option for Colors that reads: "Use specified color for drawings paper colour (disable prototype in sail groundwork)." Unselecting this option makes the drawing groundwork a less intense white background with a textured paper feeling; it's an epitome in fact.

I had a very dissimilar experience on this, I used AutoCAD in one of my previous companies. I liked drafting with a nighttime background and white lines. I tried to change the aforementioned on solidworks. When I printed the drawing nothing was on it. I had put in the entire day most on that drawing and I had no inkling what happened. Turned out the line were white on a white background... 😅. I now apply greyness lines because its both visible on low-cal and nighttime bg.
Solidworks should have a dark theme for drawings.
